Very clean and comfortable. Front desk was so helpful and kind. Only comment - and I admit to being very sensitive to the feel of materials on my skin. The sheets were not soft. Everything was clean. Loved the location.

Sunset Motel
The room was clean and tidy. The bed was perfect. Unfortunately, I had no idea that the nice motel was on a very busy street. I live in the quiet countryside. I was unable to get a good nights sleep.

Hyatt Place Santa Barbara
Staff was very standoffish. Bathroom was dirty. Generally not my usual experience with Hyatt as I am usually a frequent Hyatt user. Also extremely noisy throughout the day.

This hotel was in a good location however the poor sound proofing let down what could have been a much better experience. Overall the room and the facilities were fine but we would have really preferred a sofa or two comfortable chairs rather than a table and two uncomfortable dining chairs. Maybe ...
