Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Bungalow

We stayed for two nights and the property was in an excellent location and in such a great neighborhood. Bed was super comfortable and bungalow had all the amenities that anyone would need. Highly recommend staying here is you're looking for a cute and quaint place to stay!

Bungalow Escape

We can't speak highly enough of the Bungalow. Roomy, newly remodeled and all the amenities you would ever need. Best part is you can walk to the upper Montecito Village for breakfast, coffee and gourmet goodies. All around great place to stay.

Talk about A+ Service

Pat is a rockstar!! The cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Montecito near the Upper Village. Montecito is a beautiful area with dense foliage, beautiful landscapes, and amazing homes. The cottage is an easy walk to Pierre LaFonde and slightly longer walk to the wonderful town of Montecito. House is small, as described and pictures are accurate. Now for the A+ service. We arrived and the power in the neighborhood was out due to a city issue. Pat was right on informing us upon arrival. The city was delayed returning services so Pat did everything she could to accommodate the situation from incredibly rapid communication, supplying a cooler for the food, and bringing over portable lighting. She kept us updated and even brought over a bottle of wine for any inconvenience. She defines excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you Pat for your service and a wonderful stay!

My daughter and I got to have a mother daughter weekend trip at this property which was so quaint. It's decorated adorably. I love the outdoor seating with beautiful landscape. I had my morning walk around the area. The nearby homes are stunning, and the neighboring trees are magical. Even got to chat with a welcoming neighbor walking his dog. Very close to lots of stores and shopping.
