Very private quiet secluded cottage 5 mins from downtown Montecito and the beach, 10-15 from downtown Santa Barbara.
Dead end road location completely fenced with a breakaway screen for your four-legged family members, easy in and out! King bed and additional pull-up sofa bed, approx. a double size not a complete separation between the king bed, and the living space please look at the photos closely, for compatibility!!! ideal for a couple and a couple children or maybe three adults.
Beautiful serene yard fully fenced for outdoor use, large table, bbq and lounge chairs. Longer guests (1 week or longer) have access to washer and dryer.

We had an amazing stay. We were in town for my son's wedding. Since we brought our dog, a hotel wasn't an option. I was so impressed just from walking through the gate. The yard is magical and so peaceful. Somewhere I expected to find fairies, or gnomes. The cottage was clean and well kept. For a studio type layout, it felt very spacious. It's close enough to Santa Barbara, where the wedding took place, but with enough distance to have down time between the festivities. The host allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful as we came from out of state. Overall, great location, wonderful stay and I would book again, in a heart beat.

Wedding Weekend

Tracy’s Cottage was wonderful! My fiancé and I travelled from the east coast to a wedding in Montecito. We had a hotel room reserved, but we had never been to the West Coast and wanted a true experience. I found her listing and immediately booked her Cottage over the hotel, and I’m extremely happy we did. Not only was the Cottage PERFECT for what we needed, it was closer to the venue then the hotels listed on the block. It was quaint, clean, quiet, and close enough that we got to spend the morning checking out Santa Barbara before going to our time specific events. The garden yard was beautiful. We took plenty of pictures here before going to the actual wedding events. The host was responsive and made the check in process seamless. I would 100% stay at this property again. Thank you so much for offering up your Cottage, Tracy. Hopefully we cross paths in the future. In the meantime, stay safe!

Great spot for UCSB graduation weekend

We loved the private, fenced and beautiful yard. The cottage is on a quiet drive. This was a great place to stay for UCSB's graduation - not too far away, but a respite from the business of the weekend.

Private and Comfortable

The cottage is clean, cozy, and very private, with a bridge crossing a small stream on the drive to access the property. The kitchen and bath were well-appointed. The bed was large and comfortable with nice linens. The yard was nicely maintained with many succulents, nasturtiums, and the biggest spearmint plants I have ever seen. There was a nice deck off the kitchen/main room with a Weber barbecue and a nice seating area perfect for dining or relaxing. The outdoor space is laid out perfectly with areas to enjoy sun or shade at different times of day. Bottom line, we had a delightful and relaxing stay and would highly recommend the property.

Quiet and Serene

A lovely cottage in a very quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes from all that you need for a great vacation, beaches, markets, shopping and the 101 which gets you anywhere you need to go quickly. The patio and garden areas were fantastic to relax in and enjoy the CA sun!

Wonderful stay

Montecito/SB region is a favorite destination place and Tracy’s private hide away was the perfect spot for our small group including my 3 yo pup for our bday celebration. We had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for the pup and all the amenities we needed were available (can’t say enough good things about the comfortable bed!!). The location was absolutely ideal. Thank you Tracy, hope to be back again for my bday next year!!

A great stay

Easy to find and very easy to communicate with Tracy. Property was clean and well stocked. Our dog loved sniffing everything in the yard. Very private and quiet location. Definitely recommend.

Secluded Paradise

What a little hidden gem, it was so secluded and peaceful and just a short drive to downtown Monticeto. Great location that's close to hiking, downtown Monticeto and Santa Barbara. Very well stocked kitchen and a nice deck to relax on. Perfect for our dog to explore the yard since it was completely fenced in. We really had a very relaxing getaway.
