This cute little house is even better in person. It was so comfortable and adorable. It has a great backyard with multiple sitting areas. We walked all over town from the house. It’s in a great location, close to everything…beach, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again if I’m back in SB in the future!

My 3 daughters and I so enjoyed our stay! The location so walkable to restaurants and water front was a gift! The house was cosy, thoughtfully decorated and surrounded by flowering bushes and wonderful trees! The. fireplace was the topping to the cake! Wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara!! Location so close to beach, shopping, dining, Funk Zone, and so much more! Not just location, but also great accommodations and back yard fantastic for hanging out. Would book again next time we are in Santa Barbara for sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom cottage. The location can’t be beat as you’re close to everything that Santa Barbara has to offer. The full kitchen, lovely living/dining area, and backyard space were our favorite spots. Our daughter picked oranges, we walked up & down State St, walked to the wharf, walked to the beaches, walked to the playgrounds, and happened upon the Summer Solstice parade & festival! Truly an enjoyable stay with easy to use temperature controls & A/C. Nighttime movies, World Cup Games, and watching shows was easy on the smart TV with handy HDMI access. While this was a pricey stay for us, it was worth it due to the ease of access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer & the lovely appointed home. We’ll most likely be back at some point in the coming years

A really lovely place in a great location. Loved the outdoor space, watching the hummingbirds feed and we even picked ourselves some fresh oranges from the trees. Would love to come back again.

A wonderful stay by the beach!

This is home is so quaint and wonderful! We had a lovely stay. The location is amazing. We loved the decor and style of this Spanish bungalow. And we also really enjoyed the backyard. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was fabulous! The location couldn’t be better - totally walkable to everything downtown Santa Barbara has to offer. The house itself is so charming. It’s an older home that has been updated with features that still match the charm of the home but also make for a comfortable stay. The backyard space is so wonderful for families. 10/10 would stay here again!

Dianes place is so incredibly close to everything wonderful. Walking distance from the beach in a quiet, peaceful little neighborhood. She was super fast to respond to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. I will definitely book this property again!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

We are three retired work friends who visit Santa Barbara often. This was one of our most favorite stays! Perfectly walkable location, comfortable beds, lovely backyard areas, and quiet privacy. Off street parking was a plus as we hardly used the car! Thank you for providing such a wonderful spot for us to celebrate.

This house was in an excellent location for us, as we took the train. It is extremely close to the station. It’s also a very short walk to the beach, the pier, State Street, and several wine tasting spots. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee in the backyard and relaxed in the living room with the windows wide open, enjoying the fresh air and the chirping birds. We also made good use of the fireplace in the evenings. It would have been nice if there were a Keurig and pods or some nice ground coffee, but Starbucks is only a 3 minute walk away.

Adorable house in an amazing locations

We loved our stay at the house. It was just as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well set up and had some basics like salt pepper and spices which was nice. The location was perfect! It's just a block from the beach and all the great spots in town. The communication was excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

Diane was a great host and kept us informed about the house. This house is absolutely adorable. It has a small yard for kids to play and a table, chairs and furniture. It’s just a few blocks from the Pier, beach and restaurants, an easy walk. We’ll definitely be back!
