Room was in good condition and the property has lots of cute outdoor sitting areas including one for our room. The front desk didn’t have any room keys available so I had to download an app to get into the room which was a whole process with emails and verification codes. Overall, a good experience. The breakfast had variety and was delicious. Staff was very professional and friendly. Toilet seat started falling apart and PTAC unit didn't cool very well.

The staff was courteous and the facility nicely decorated and very clean. It was located within easy walking distance of many places to eat and shop. Our room, was a little of a problem though. The room was clean but…. the refrigerator did not work at all, the shower curtain fell down and couldn’t be put back up and the main lamp in the room did not have a shade on it and other light fixtures were unusable. The patio area outside our patio door was not private. Other people were using it. The ice machine was not working. There was a store nearby where I was able to walk to and buy ice.

Sheets were dirty. Front desk had to come to change them. One curtain was missing so my window was uncovered. There was no closet. So not even a place to hang up my jacket. Shower was dirty. If you put your fingers by the ledge, it was black. $254 dollars a night. Was a rip off. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Clean and quiet. Great decor inside and outside. Comfortable beds and pillows. The area to eat breakfast was beautiful just to sit outside and relax. Breakfast itself could use some work though but fine for a morning coffee or tea.
