Buttterfly Beach Dream Cottage

Wonderfully charming and stylish board & batten cottage with four bedrooms and four baths on two separate floors is flooded with natural sunlight.

Recently renovated inside and out, this sophisticated two-story home offers high-end furnishings and art with two full kitchens, four baths and two fireplaces for chilly evenings.

The two floors have separate entrances and are available individually or together to accommodate up to eight guests.

Private gardens with two separate hot tubs.

We are available through the platform or by text if you need anything or would like recommendations of where to dine, hike, new beaches to explore etc.

One of the most sought-after areas in Montecito, this property is located within a short walk to Butterfly Beach (five minutes), Miramar Beach and the Rosewood Miramar Resort (ten minute walk) and the restaurants and shops of Coast Village Road, (five to ten-minute walk). Enjoy cocktails and fish tacos or burgers at the beach bar of the Rosewood, sushi at the new AMA, Lucky’s for a legendary local scene any night of the week or pick up a pizza to enjoy at the beach from the Michelin star-rated Bettina in the Montecito Country Mart. Montecito Beach Cottage Upstairs and Downstairs are part of a group of luxury Montecito rental properties each with unique features and spaces. Inquire about availability for large groups.

This lovely cottage was converted to a duplex, each with private entrances and private courtyards. You also have the option to book the upstairs or downstairs separately.

Furnished with every amenity one would expect in a luxury vacation rental including television and high-speed internet.

Please note, ants can occasionally be an issue in Montecito. We have a regular organic and completely safe for humans and pets service to spray the exterior perimeter, however, taking out food trash often also helps.

The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the abysmal air conditioning. I can only speak for this on the upper unit. Luckily the nights cooled off and there were plenty of windows to let the cool air in. Everything else was great! The property manager, Truman, was great and very responsive. The house was cute and had everything we needed. I liked that there were lots of coffee pods!
