Great location in a quiet neighborhood next to the park

Fabulous place with a great hot tub ! Steps away to the nature preserve that backs up to the OCEAN!! Really enjoyed the gas fire pit after the hot tub! Recommend highly !

Remodeled cottage in quiet location.

Very quiet peaceful location. Very near entrance to Douglas Preserve (lots of walking trails). Well equipped remodeled cottage with designer touches. A few remodeled homes in neighborhood. Close to ocean.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect place for us….walk to the beach and near hiking! The 200+ stairs down to the beach was a great workout each day. It’s a dog friendly beach which we loved. The house had all the amenities we needed and was clean and nicely decorated. A short drive to downtown SB! We will recommend!

Perfect home base

We had a fantastic stay for UCSB graduation weekend. We felt right at home and everything matched our expectations from the listing. It was perfect for our family and provided all the space and quiet we needed for a busy weekend.

Wonderful stay!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, easy to cook in. The outdoor space with the lush gardens and hot tub felt like an oasis. Very private! Excellent location. Walking trails in the Douglas Family Preserve right across the street. Parking is the only issue. There is only one spot available no visitor parking. It can be a bit tricky for guests. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

idyllic for old folks like us... peaceful, serence, quiet and beautiful .. Lots o fgreat over head lighting for reading and "seeing".... wonderful location... one block from the Douglas preserve.

Very comfortable home

We had a wonderful week and this lovely home, enjoying the walks in the preserve outside the door and the walks down to the beach. The home is fully equipped, has comfortable beds, and is in a great part of town.

Perfect Santa Barbara getaway

The location of the house was perfect. It is in a residential neighborhood and close to the Douglas Preserve. Extremely quiet property with en-suite masters- great for two couples. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Retreat

Beautiful home with a peaceful large yard. Great location walking distance to preserve and beach trails. House is as advertised and perfect for 4. It would have helped to know how to lock the European doors, and where the plugs were hidden in bathrooms. Parking is tricky and the shared driveway neighbor was not pleasant. One issue was yard workers showing up early am with no warning to us. And made the yard off limits. We would definitely rent it again.

Lovely spot - cozy house

We were in SB for a wedding. This was a perfect location to downtown SB/Funk Zone, yet quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Short walk to the 250 steps down to the Mesa beach. There is also a preserve steps away from the front door. The outdoor patio is perfect. For our family of 4, it was a perfect size. Wanderlust was incredibly responsive to taking care of a few things we needed during our stay. I would absolutely stay again!
