It looked like there was black mold in the bathroom on the curtains. And the bedroom and common rooms weren't as clean as I'd like. I used the lobby bathroom a couple times and there was never any toilet paper or paper towels. The location is good and the color scheme is pretty but I think you can find better around this area.

The sofa-bed for our 17yr old son was in really poor. I had to try and cushion the thin, spring poking mattress with an extra blanket (that the staff kindly supplied and were very friendly) but at £250/night you expect better. The main bed was lovely and the bathroom was well equipped. Breakfast is okay, very little choice and no menu - just eggs and toast.
