Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

8/10 Good
"If you're looking for a good budget hotel that's walkable to Disney and other conveniences, this is probably the best option. Walkability to Disneyland: It takes about 15-minutes which is bad at all. Generally shaded once you get to the block that has Disney on it. Room: Room was alright. Nothing terrible/bad and nothing great. The shower pressure was too low in my opinion. Carpet could use updating. Beds were alright. The fridge in the room got surprisingly super cold. AC worked fine. Elevators were quick. Ice machine made it convenient to fill out water bottles and small cooler. Housekeeping was super nice. Plenty of charging ports and outlets in the room. Pool: Pool was good. The kids enjoyed swimming and the outdoor lawn-type games around it (giant chess, ping pong, connect 4). There's also a window to the restaurant/bar from the pool so you can grab drinks if you'd like. Lobby is welcoming and staff was friendly. The kids were excited everytime we walked into the lobby. Parking was pricey but cheaper than other nearby hotels. All-in-all, we would stay here again since we don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyways."

10/10 Excellent
"We were there for a Disneyland trip and we did not check in until almost midnight. We were exhausted but the front desk attendant was wide awake and happy and that is so nice to see. He was very helpful. We talked about the kids waterpark and he made sure we got the wrist bands and let us know the times we could go. That was the main reason I chose that Hotel, so my granddaughter could play there the next day before heading back home. The room we were in had 2 queen and it was very nice and a great size for us. There were 2 adults and a kid. The beds were very comfortable and the AC work wonderfully. We will definitely be booking there again on our next Disneyland trip. A VERY family friendly environment."

"Everything was clean, except for the bathroom. When you turn on the water for the shower, the water splashes to the floor, and since there’s no mat for the bathroom, it’s very slippery and dangerous."

"The parking is really packed if you don’t get in early. The room was clean but had a faint musty smell initially. Maybe the carpet? Otherwise it was clean. Very close to the convention center, where we were going during this trip. I would stay again. Breakfast was a plus."
