New Luxurious 1BR/1BA! Perfect solo/couple getaway

  • This charming, brand-new 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is perfect for couples and solo travelers! Centrally located, you’ll be just a few miles from the vibrant shopping and dining at South Coast Plaza, 9 miles from Southern California’s beautiful beaches, and only 11 miles from the magic of Disneyland. Please note, that this home is part of a duplex, with separate, unattached units. This specific home is the middle unit.

    Security & Surveillance Disclosure:
    For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are two outdoor security cameras installed:

    One camera is located in the driveway, monitoring the back of the property and parking area.

    1 Ring camera is installed on the exterior near the front door of this unit.

    These devices are used strictly for security purposes and are not positioned to monitor any private interior spaces. None of the cameras face inside the home, bathrooms, or bedrooms. Please be aware that these cameras may record audio and video.

Beautifully renovated 1 BR/1Ba unit. Great for 1-2 guests. Off street parking on a shared driveway. Nice bike and walking trail nearby. Well-located. Hosts very helpful w restaurant and shopping recommendations.
