A car is required to reach the house, but you’ll have free parking in the garden.
ACCOMMODATION
The property features a spacious living room/kitchen area with a double sofa bed, a table with chairs, a TV area, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
From this area, you can access a small terrace with a table and chairs—perfect for a candlelit dinner while enjoying the ocean view.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a closet, and a window overlooking the ocean.
From the lounge area, located near the entrance and furnished with an armchair, coffee table, and stereo, you can access the other panoramic terrace, which is larger and equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a beach umbrella, and lounge chairs for 4 people.
LOCATION
Arya’s House is located in a hamlet of Sant’Agnello, a cluster of houses centered around the church, far from the chaotic traffic of the city center, which is about a 10-minute drive away.
A car is required to reach the house, and you can park it on the property for free.
You access the house via a pedestrian path lined with lemon trees, then climb a flight of about 15 steps.

Tourist tax: 2.00 euros per person per night, for adults only (for a maximum of 7 nights).
Late arrival surcharge: 25.00 Euro (from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM); 50.00 Euro (after 10:00 PM).
