"Stayed at B. & B Il Castellino in March 2025, after seeing a positive review. Sadly, our stay was not good at all, and we were happy to leave. The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. We called the restaurant (Creperia and More, owned by the same owners) to advise us, and they said it is “a 10 minute walk.” We carried our luggage for 1/2 mile and up 21 flights of stairs from the...
