"The communication with the agency in Barcelona and in Santa Cristina d'Aro was very good and fast. The facility and the view are great. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean (dishes, stove and kitchen in general were dirty - oil stains, hair on the floor, pubic hair in the shower and toilet) and although the gentleman the agency sent took photos of it to clean again, these things were still there after the second cleaning. Except the pans, which we actually already washed ourselves, were...

"Pros: This was a perfect holiday, especially for the kids. They spent almost the whole day in the pool. There's also a jacuzzi, though we barely used it since it was so hot during our stay.
