Fantastic property for a quiet luxury break

Our host Oscar met us on arrival and was brilliant from start to finish, showing us round and keeping in touch regularly. He is a lovely man and rightly proud of his superb home. The villa itself was spotless, modern and very spacious. It's situated down a quiet lane with no nearby neighbours, and is secured by an electric gate so there's no chance of young children wandering off. The location is about 10 mins drive away from lots of different coastal resorts and 15 mins from the airport and capital Mahon. We utilised the properties bikes and found the villa to be surrounded by various signed routes suitable for all abilities. The pool and gardens are very well maintained with numerous seating and eating areas, and the house itself is fully equipped with everything you can think of. If you are planning to visit Menorca we can highly recommend this property and its owner. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

El alojamiento es una maravilla, una casa aislada en un camino secundario a las afueras de San Luis. Las noches sin ruido y en medio del campo. La piscina de la casa es magnífica y la parcela tiene un par de rincones estupendos como un cenador y una barbacoa muy cómoda. Por último comentar que Oscar es un anfitrión atento y siempre ha estado rápido en las respuestas o necesidades que surgieran.

Wonderful location, great house and excellent host

We have rented houses in this area for several years. This house is a real gem: very quiet and private yet close to Sant Lluis and Mahon. Well equipped, fabulous pool and outdoor areas. Oscar, the owner, is incredibly nice and helpful. Cannot fault our stay in any way.

Beautiful house and gardens

Beautiful villa with a fantastic 13m pool. Just as good as the photos, if not better! The fully equipped outside kitchen is glorious. We really enjoyed being in a peaceful rural location whilst still being able to drive to Mahon in 10-15 minutes. Highlights of our trip - lunch in Salitre and En Caragol, hiring bikes and a boat from DMS sports in Cala Torret and our boat trip with Vickie from Faralmar. Oscar was the perfect host, thank you for the very welcome wine and treats! Very sad to leave, especially the very friendly cats!

Absolut spitzen Finca!!! Tolle Lage und Oscar ist absolut zuvorkommend.

Die finca ist toll gelegen, eher ruhig. Alles ist in der Umgebung, sei es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder der Weg zum Strand. Direkt neben dem schönen Örtchen sant Lluís und Binibequer. Die Finca selbst über zwei Etagen, perfekt für zwei/ drei Familien. Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht. Tolle Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer, super Pool und im gesamten der gepflegte große Anlage mit schönen BBQ Bereich. Oscar hilft wo er kann, hat schönen tips und wenn man etwas braucht, ist er sofort da! Gerne Wieder !!!! Thanks for the Nice Accomodation Oscar.

Pasamos una semana en esta encantadora villa, situada en una zona rural donde es fácil relajarse y aislarse de todo y al mismo tiempo está situada a cinco minutos de la costa, del centro de Sant Lluis y cercana a muchos de los mejores restaurantes con encanto de Menorca. El propietario Óscar es encantador, amable y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. La propiedad cuenta con unos exteriores fantásticos, una maravillosa piscina, con un zona menos profunda perfecta para niños, y está perfectamente equipada con tumbonas, un porche precioso con vistas al jardín, barbacoa y varios rincones donde disfrutar con la familia. Además, hay bicicletas para disfrutar de los preciosos caminos rurales que rodean la propiedad y varios kayak, detalles que se agradecen. El interior es amplio y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. La habitación en la planta superior es fantástica, tipo suite con escritorio, sofás y una gran terraza donde disfrutar de los atardeceres y el paisaje. Sin duda alguna repetiremos en este pequeño paraíso menorquín. Gracias Óscar. Hasta pronto!!.

Nice house with a great outside space

We spent a week in this property. The property was overall very nice, outside is lovely with big spaces for the kids to explore and wander around and the inside is quite cosy and comfortable. The owner was always very responsive with some issues we had and helpful advising us in some local places to go. Overall was quite good. Downside of the property is that it doesn't have air conditioner in the common areas (but air flow) contrary to the spec of the property, it has air conditioner only in the bedrooms. Also the air conditioner in the bedrooms was blocked to work only from 8pm to 8am in the morning. Once we indicated that we wanted longer hours they told us that was not a problem. We were told that an engineer will come to the property, but at the end my husband had to follow instructions over the phone with him going over the roof in the middle of the night. Problem was solved at the end. We had another problem with the water but that was solved with a quick call to the owner. Overall the property is very nice, a little bit crowdy with the pool table in the middle and it might benefit for some upgrades in the appliances. However, the experience was overall very good and will be happy to stay over again when we come back to Menorca.

Das Haus ist einfach grandios. Sehr großzügig und geräumig eingerichtet sowie auch funktional gut durchdacht. Wir haben als Familie unsere Urlaubstage hier sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre sind besonders hervorzuheben wie auch der fantastische, große Pool. Hier kann man nicht nur planschen sondern wirklich schwimmen. Great villa and g great host

We have just come back from an awesome week in the villa, Oscar was there to meet us and ran tnrough everything we needed to know and also gave us recommendations for local restauarants. He really was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The villa and pool are fantastic, very comfortable for our family of 4 adults, the wi-fi was good and the beds were comfortable. We used the outdoor bbq area twice during our stay which was great. We also took one of the kayaks to the beach, we could only fit one of them on the roof rack but that was ok. There are also bikes for cycling the local lanes. One of the best things about the villa is the pool, it was warm, plenty big enough and had a large shallow are for relaxing. A great plce to spend the day and evening. It is very quiet and relaxing, you do not have nearby neighbours which was a real plus for us. Lots of beaches are easily accessible from the villa and many restaurants and beautiful countryside. We would definitey return to the villa again, thank you Oscar for a wonderful week.

Happy Wife, Happy Life……..

For the first time ever, I took the reins and booked our family vacation and for two weeks stay instead of one week…… I took a massive risk and it paid off! As they say “Happy Wife, Happy Life” The villa was fantastic on all levels, the kids were delighted with the size and condition of the pool, the wifi, hifi and their bedrooms. My wife was delighted with the luxurious spotless modern villa with great charms and furnishing of an artistic owner, it exceeded our expectations. It was hugely spacious, very quiet, tranquil and we felt spoilt and isolated to enjoy our holiday the way we wanted to. Things you must know: We were within 5km (less than 10 minutes drive) of various coastal towns, beaches, shops and restaurants, always spoilt for options. Oscar, the owner spent time with us and made a list of recommendations, for good food, visits and making the most of Menorca. The villa is in a very quiet location, and there are no sea views, but you spend most of your time debating where in the beautiful grounds you wish to relax and enjoy your time. A car is essential. Great barbeque set up, so make sure you can “man up”. Secure gated grounds and building – so plenty of piece of mind. One of our most memorable villa stays – BIG THANKS TO OSCAR…… Do not hesitate to book this Villa……just make sure you get Oscar’s recommendations!

Amazing Villa, Amazing Location & an Amazing Owner

An exceptional villa in a lovely location, close enough to local services and tourist attractions for easy access, but in a quiet location to enable you to enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of resorts. The grounds are extremely spacious and at no point do you feel short of space. Oscar (the owner) met us on arrival and ensured we knew everything we needed to. The bikes were a welcome addition which some of us used and there are many local cycle routes for those who feel inclined. If you're fortunate enough to have a vehicle that can carry them, there are also several sea kayaks. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks for a great holiday.

Vacaciones de verano en familia

La casa es maravillosa. Se encuentra muy cerca de Mahon, pero a la vez tiene la sensacion de encontrarte aislado del mundo. Es muy tranquila. Pasamos 2 semanas con nuestro 3 hijos y no podiamos haber elegido un sitio mejor. La casa es muy amplia, el jardin es precioso y la piscina es fantastica. Toda la casa esta completamente equipada con lo que puedas necesitar. Oscar es encantador y estuvo pendiente constantemenet de lo que pudieramos necesitar. Repetiremos sin dudarlo en el futuro.

Fantastic house with superb grounds

The villa is located just outside San Luis and is a 10 minute drive from Mahon with shops and beaches nearby. It was great for exploring the island although you will need a hire car. It is very private with well designed outdoor space. The pool was great, it had lots of loungers, seating and dining space as well as an outdoor bbq/wood fire grill in a separate building. At night the outside is beautifully lit so you can continue to enjoy it. We travelled as a young family with a 2 year old who found the grass, shade and different areas great fun. The pool also has a shallow end which was welcome. The villa also comes with bikes and canoes although we did not use these. As for the house itself it lives up to the photos and is very well appointed. It has been well designed and so you get the benefit of the cool and air con as well as having the roof terrace which catches the evening sun. It was a great place to cook and relax. The host Oscar also deserves a mention. He was welcoming and gracious. A perfect host. We could not recommend this property enough.

Beautiful and relaxing villa

We enjoyed a brilliantly fun yet relaxing fortnight in this beautiful villa. The pool was perfect for our young children and there are many places to sit and eat around the large gardens.
