Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed and parties are strictly prohibited, as the house is located in a peaceful, family-friendly residential area.



Racó Blau is set in Cap d'en Font, right by the sea. The spacious house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and kettle, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (each with a hairdryer), accommodating up to 6 guests.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, washing machine, TV, and a high chair and cot available on request for an extra charge. The private outdoor area with terraces is perfect for relaxing, offering a garden, open and covered terraces, unfenced pool, outdoor shower, and barbecue. Restaurants, cafés, and bars are 3–6 minutes away by car, and the nearest supermarket is a 9-minute drive (4.2 km). The beach is just a 6-minute walk (500 m), and Menorca Airport is a 14-minute drive (10 km). You may hear some planes during the day.



Parking is available on the property and on the street. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are included. Only pets under 7 kg are allowed.

On arrival, you’ll find essentials for the first days: dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets, bin bags in each bin, sponge, kitchen towel, roll of kitchen paper, toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shower gel sachets, salt, pepper, and a little oil.
