La Finquita by Rentallorca

  • La Finquita is a wonderful finca in the centre of Mallorca with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by nature.



    You will love the outside area of the house. You will be able to enjoy the large garden and the tall trees that offer resting areas in the hot summers. In addition to the 8.5m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and the terrace with barbecue area.



    The interior of the house is decorated in a rural and family style. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. Also, there are three sofas and satellite TV. The Wi-Fi works throughout the accommodation.



    The kitchen space has a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and a kettle. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower.



    The Finca "la Finquita" is located on the outskirts of Vilafranca de Bonany, in a very peaceful and quiet area. The village of Manacor is only 15 minutes away by car. It should be remembered that in the village of Villafranca there is a weekly market where you can go shopping. The coast of Calas de Mallorca is less than 20 minutes away by car.



    If you would like to visit us at Christmas or in the low season, there is heat pump heating.

Juan was a great host

Juan was a great host. He replied very quickly, solved every issue we had, answered all my questions. The house itself is a little old, but has a charm and soul. The area is very peaceful, you won’t hear anything, just a rooster in the morning. It was a little cold to enjoy the terrace and pool, but in the summer it has to be a great place where to spend vacacion. Central location, so 30-60min to every part of the island.

The stay was excellent. The villa is large, has everything you need, and is perfect for a large group. There's a large pool and a beautiful garden. It's clear the villa was built a long time ago, but the interior remains in the spirit of yesteryear, which only adds to the charm. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable

We are incredibly grateful to Joan for accepting our booking at very short notice after we experienced a serious issue with our previous accommodation. Joan went above and beyond to help prepare the house for us as quickly as possible, which made a very stressful situation much easier for my family. The property itself is a beautiful old colonial-style house with lots of character, very spacious, clean, and with plenty of comfortable areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. The garden is large, well maintained, and very peaceful. We especially enjoyed spending time in the garden and by the swimming pool listening to the birds chirping around the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful with a spacious and private outdoor area- perfect for a group or family of 7–8. It felt peaceful and relaxing throughout. The only minor downside was the small coffee machine and the limited kitchen equipment, but overall it didn’t affect our experience too much. Joan was extremely helpful and provided excellent service - thank you again!

Casa molto bella, in contesto tranquillo, in mezzo alla natura. Super consigliata per chi cerca un alloggio lontano dalla confusione della città, casa da condividere con gli amici, tanto spazio all’aperto, angolo bbq, tavolo coperto in giardino e la piscina che vale più di qualsiasi altra cosa. Consiglio assolutamente la macchina in quanto nelle vicinanze non trovate quasi niente. Le spiagge sono a circa 30 minuti di macchina, come anche le città principali o i lungomare. Casa molto attrezzata, non mancava niente ed inoltre l’host molto presente nelle risposte, cordiale e d’aiuto in tutto. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti al 100% della nostra permanenza, grazie ancora!

Wir sind eher zufällig auf Joans Landhaus gestoßen. Es ist ein altes mallorquinisches Steinhaus mit einem tollen Pool und großen Garten. Der Check-in, die Kommunikation und alles drumherum waren reibungsfrei. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es ein Dorf (15 min zu Fuß) mit peruanischer Cheviche. Sehr zu empfehlen!

La piscine était incroyable et l’endroit super calme, aucun bruit, parfait pour se reposer. On a vraiment kiffé et je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce passage ici. Je reviendrai avec plaisir si j’en ai l’occasion. Encore merci 🙏
