気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション
Finding the apartment and checking in was a nightmare.
We booked via Holidu who seem to sub contract from Expedia who sub contract from VRBO. Each seemed to believe the other was responsible for giving us directions. We had no idea of where we were going, the GPS left us at a restaurant 500m away from the building, luckily we speak Spanish and someone at the restaurant knew the place and directed us. We then wandered around the front of the of the building and waited by the out of use pool while contacting the host. He said his agent would come and meet us. Nearly an hour later someone arrived and initially seemed annoyed as to why we were waiting by the pool. He lead us around the building to a small unmanned reception room, which we had no idea existed as no information was provided. On being shown to the room it was fairly basic but clean and served us well as we spent every day out and about and only slept there. A disastrous start with terrible communication and but for the fact we are fluent in Spanish would have been far worse. I would like someone to review who should accept responsibility for communication with the final client and hopefully avoid future confusion and inconvenience.
