A beautiful traditional Ibizan house that retains the authenticity and charm of homes from days gone by. It is located in a quiet area between the villages of Sant Joan and Sant Miquel, close to the beaches of Benirrás and Cala Xarraca. It features 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed, as well as two full bathrooms with showers.
The layout of the rooms follows the traditional design of Ibizan homes. At the entrance, there is a covered porch that leads through a large wooden front door into a very spacious living room; this room serves as the central hub of the house, from which the hallway branches off to three bedrooms on the ground floor (two with double beds and one with a single bed), to the two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), and also provides access to the kitchen (very spacious with a pantry and dining area) and, via a staircase, to the upper floor where the fourth bedroom (with two single beds) is located.
Outside the house, which is fully fenced, there is a swimming pool with a shallow area for children, a garden, fruit trees, and a comfortable covered porch with a table, a barbecue, and a small refrigerator, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner by the pool. There is also an outdoor toilet near the pool.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is very comfortable and ideal for hot summer nights. The living room has two ceiling fans. This house is also highly recommended during the off-season or even for a short winter getaway, as it features two fireplaces.
