Amazing stay

We had a great stay at Can Avy, Antonio allowed us to check in early and we were helped with our bags when we arrived which made everything so much easier as there was 16 of us. The views were 10/10 and the villa so lovely with everything you needed. Signal wasn't great around the area so recommend to pre-book taxis as we did but all very simple. Would definitely come back to stay here- we loved it!

Wonderful home for a family vacation

We had an amazing time in Antonio's home in Ibiza. The property is a pictured on VRBO.The rooms are very comfortable, all with AC and most have views of the ocean, Antonio was very responsive to any messages and requests. We had an issue with the hot water but he did his best to resole it as soon as he could. We would definitively come back.

A wonderful place in a spectacular setting

The house is set in a a hill overlooking the ocean with magnificent views that constantly invite you to relax and enjoy. The house is more that what I expected in a truly ibizenco style, roomy and with all the amenities that we needed. We had a spectacular time celebrating my birthday and the new year among friends and look forward to repeat a stay at this wonderful place in the future. Daniel and Antonio where always available and attended to our requests promptly and efficiently.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. Would definitely recommend staying in this villa!! Thank you Antonio :)

Such a great villa

We had an amazing stay. Such a beautiful spot. Its a remote area of the island but everything is reachable by taxi or car. We were left alone to do our thing and had a fantastic time. Every time we walked outside we felt blessed by the view, absolutely gorgeous. There isn't really any phone signal and unfortunately, a storm had taken out the wifi whilst we were there. If connectivity is super important to you that could be an issue but we really enjoyed switching off from everything

House disappointing and not ready to receive guests

We were a group of 13 women, arrived for some nice rest and pleasant visit to a beautiful Island. The view indeed amazing. But during our 5 holidays there was a lot of unrest, since the house caused a lot of displeasure. The swimming pool we could not use for 3 of the days, because it was too dirty and needed proper treatment, the electricity failed every now and then at critical moments, bedrooms that cause a danger to our health (black mold), water that was missing at critical moments and the general poor state of cleanliness in general.

Ibiza special hideaway

Having spent a lovely week in Ibiza the villa was the idea place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings ! Very spacious in size the beds were comfortable plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for our party of 10 .Antonio the owner was very helpful dealing with all my queries swiftly from sorting out a cook to provide us lunch one day at the villa , recommending local restaurants to eat at ? Giving us tips to grocery shop at the bigger supermarkets that offer better pricing than the local places which proved good advice ! Dealing with taxis was also a very useful asset as it can be hard finding them without being in the know . On a slight down side some of the bathroom are suffering with a bit of lime scale buildup and could do with a bit of TLC ? But overall a lovely place to stay if your looking for a quite restful holiday on this most beautiful side of the island it would be hard to find a better villa !! Many thanks to all those who looked after us !!

View is amazing but only three bedrooms in the main house. You have to exit the house and go varying distances to get to the other bedrooms. Most rooms had twin beds except the two bedrooms in the main house and one other bedroom. The house is not suitable in the winter if the heat is not put on the day before. Some rooms did not have blankets. The kitchen had one old coffee maker which took 40 minutes to brew. We had to buy soap for bathrooms, salt and pepper. No basics provided. The dishwasher broke after one use and electricity went out three times due to incorrect wiring. Washing dishes by hand for a group was not how we wanted to spend vacation. It is a 30 minute drive to town unless you are familiar with the roads. We made the trip 8 times and never made it in under 30 minutes. Washing machine stained clothes. No bbq due to safety which is a shame because it would have relieved electrical demands in the kitchen. Kitchen table seats 16 which was great. Wifi was spotty and only worked in main house on main floor. The hot water system is deficient for large groups, the water tank allows for at most one or 2 showers before the hot water runs out. The premises and windows were dusty and dirty, particularly the floors which hadn't been washed or swept throughout. - overall, the villa is in need of a thorough cleaning. Staff were very responsive and tried to help with issues as they arose. Owner was responsive on WhatsApp but ultimately we were disappointed.

Amazing sunset views

Great value, the house not modern and we had some issues in the bathroom, communication with the host is not the best. But I would recommend this house, this is the best views you will get in Ibiza, sunsets are amazing. It is a bit far from downtown, but not too bad. Overall great experience if you value the views.

What a view!

We had a fabulous holiday! The pool is lovely & the view is amazing! The villa was large enough for us 12 girls. It’s a bit out of the way but we had a lovely taxi driver Emanuel who took us wherever we needed to go. I spoke to Carlos about some improvements to update the villa & he said he will make changes for next year. We would love to come back!

La propiedad está diseñada pensando en la convivencia y el ocio, y realmente se nota en cada rincón.Puntos fuertes, la cocina ,el salón y las diferentes terrazas, son espectaculares,amplios, luminosos y perfectamente equipados. Pudimos cocinar y cenar todos juntos sin sentirnos apretados, lo cual es esencial cuando viaja un grupo grande. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario y el salón era muy acogedor para las noches de juegos.Mención especial merecen las numerosas terrazas. ¡Eran geniales! Había mesas y sillas en abundancia, lo que nos permitió elegir dónde desayunar, tomar el sol o disfrutar de un café por la tarde. Esto ofrece una gran flexibilidad y espacio para que cada uno encuentre su sitio.Y cómo no? Antonio!! El anfitrión ,gracias a él todo ha sido cercano y sencillo,desde principio a fin pendiente y atento con nuestras peticiones.Volveremos.

La villa est spacieuse, magnifique vue, avec de beaux espaces, dommage qu’elle ne soit pas trop bien entretenue. Les WC dans les chambres bougent et font du bruit. Nous avons dû nettoyer la cuisine avant de pouvoir cuisiner, y.c les casseroles, frigo, etc. Aucun produits disponibles pour nettoyer. Pas de papier WC ou très peu, des petites bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée auraient été appréciées au vu de l’emplacement.Des linges de toilettes en plus vu l’humidité également auraient été la bienvenue. Les concierges ne nous ont pas laissé leur numéro en cas de problème vu que le propriétaire n’est pas sur place.Dommage de ne pas avoir mis des rideaux occultants dans toutes les chambres tout en sachant que l’été le soleil entre dans la chambre très tôt.Le wifi est accessible uniquement au salon, avec très peu de réseau cela aurait sympathique de le préciser Je tiens néanmoins à remercier Antonio qui nous a laissé la villa avant l’heure et qui est très réactif et gentil dans ses réponses

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met 14 neven en nichten. Let wel, de accommodatie heeft veel trappen. Veel kamers zijn zeer ruim en een aantal zijn wat kleiner. 2 kamers delen een badkamer. Prachtige ligging uitzicht op zee. Leuke wandeling naar beneden. Grote huiskamer en keuken. Je hebt wel vervoer nodig, wij hadden diverse auto’s. Eigenlijk alles super top, enkel wat kleine dingetjes. Wifi niet overal goed bereikbaar en advies misschien wat geluidsdemping in de keuken (schuivende stoelen). Wij hebben genoten en raden de villa zeker aan.👍

La vue !!!

Superbe séjour ! Antonio adorable et l’intendant extrêmement gentil. La vue est bien plus incroyable en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Juste deux petits points à prendre en compte surtout hors saison : - il n’y a pas suffisamment d’eau chaude pour 12 - 0 produits minimum donc très contraignant lorsque vous venez pour un week end !

Familie vakantie

We waren met 11 volwassenen en 3 kinderen in deze schitterende villa. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht, het buitenterras, het zwembad en alle ruimtes in de villa! De bedden en de douches waren schoon en goed. Voldoende servies en keukenbenodigheden aanwezig. Zelfs een nespresso apparaat voor de echte koffieliefhebbers onder ons! Alleen de Wi-Fi bereikbaarheid was matig. In sommige ruimtes had je geen bereik of onvoldoende. En je moet een auto hebben om de mooiste plekken te bezoeken. Te voet is het niet te doen! Wij hebben in ieder geval een super mooie herinnering aan over gehouden en komen zeker terug! Ook niet onbelangrijk; de eigenaar is heel flexibel en reageert heel snel op al je vragen. Vele dank hiervoor!

De locatie is geweldig met prachtige zonsondergangen. De kamers in het huis liggen op verschillende verdiepingen, boven zijn ze mooi licht. Een kamer beneden heeft weinig daglicht. Wifi versterkers zijn echt nodig want nu is er weinig bereik. De eigenaar en de staff zijn zo ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Super. Veel terrassen met altijd wel zon en schaduw. En het zwembad was prima. Erg goed gehad!
