The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Shuttle service good. All in all, it was good.

This was the best place to rent for a 3 night visit to Barcelona. The staff are really friendly and the hotel surpasses its 3* rating (and I’ve stayed in top end 4* and 5* hotels). Stayed here for three different occasions: 5 days, 1 night and four days, used this hotel as the home base for travel to Rome and Madrid, in addition to the sightseeing in Barcelona. The main reason was the closeness to the airport.

The shuttle isn’t always dependable. The day that I arrived, two other families and I waited for over an hour to be picked up from the airport.
Not especially attractive, but very convenient for catching a flight.
Nobody answered phone for pick up shuttle. We had to hire a taxi to the hotel. The front desk staff was not customer friendly at first but eventually reimbursed us with vouchers for dinner. Otherwise great place!!
Liked that it wasn’t noisy and out of main downtown area.
