Villa Sun is a luxury villa located in a very private and quiet place on top of Cala Salada.
All the most amazing beaches of the west coast are within a radius of 15 Km, Cala Salada and Cala Saladeta beaches are only 5 -minute drive, San Antonio is 10 minutes by car and Ibiza town is only 25 minutes away.
This villa is 4.300 m2, enclosed in a 540.000 m2 plot, it features a perfect blend of modern, traditional Ibizencan and Balinese styles and from here you will enjoy outstanding view over the sea, the island of Bledas, Conejera and the sunset.
Villa Sun consists of 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor we find a large living dining room with flat screen TV, audio system, Ipod dock, a fully equipped kitchen with induction plaques, oven, microwaves, American fridge, dishwasher, freeze, 1 double bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with Jacuzzi, plus 2 communicating double bedrooms, each one with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower, these two bedrooms have also access from the terrace.

Furthermore, there is 1 double bedroom with independent entrance that has twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower. AC and access to a large terrace with chill out and panoramic sea view.

Outside the villa boasts large terrace with swimming pool (17 x5,5m), another wide terrace with grass, perfect for children, lovely flowered garden with pines, cactus, a variety of vegetables and fruit trees and there is also a small forest that surrounds the villa.

Finally, the villa has also a well from which guests can extract water.

Neighbourhood and surroundings
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Included in the price: electricity, water and gas expenses as well as the maintenance of garden and pool if there is one in the rented property.
1 Cleaning service at the departure and also during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Sheets and bath towels included. Laundry change during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 300 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
