サンズ パレイル ホテル

「This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.」

「Wonderful stay!」

「Room was nice size. Breakfast was nice!」

「We arrived around 11 pm, and there was no one at the front desk to help. Other guests and we had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to show up. The next day, our room wasn't cleaned; the elevator didn't work, and on our final night, the room key didn't work. This property has serious management issues.」

「メイヨークリニックに歩いていける距離にあり、高級感があり素晴らしいホテルだと思います。」

「Honestly this hotel requires an update. Lobby was ok but our room and bathroom really require attention. The AC unit rattled all night, terrible. Did not expect that from Hampton.」

「Everything was great.」

「Great room! Only complaint was noisy ac motor next to bed.」

「What a great stay in Jacksonville! We were there for appointments at Mayo. Check-in very friendly and helpful. The facility was immaculate. Breakfast was awesome! Fresh ground/brewed coffee by the cup. Very good selection. Fresh and appealing. Housekeeping was excellent. They have a free shuttle to Mayo and back every hour which was a tremendous benefit. We enjoyed our stay so much, we almost stayed an extra day!!」

「The front desk was not very helpful or welcoming. I have way better experience in Holiday Inn canada locations. If i ask some question they are just brushing me off. Breakfast was ok, suppose to be complimentary but anyways not a big deal. However not a fancy and grand. Room was clean but property look like the old one. I hope they can do way better at front desk and breakfast」

「Overall good stay」

「Hotel with Pleasant staff was Pleasant」

「エキストラベッドが壊れていました。スタッフの対応は良かったですが、施設の老朽化が目立ちます。朝食も補充されないものがあり内容も最低限といったところです」

「Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean facilities!」
