The hotel was fantastic. To start the hotel itself is in a beautiful building that added to the feeling of being in this great location. The staff were very supportive 100% helping us organise many different tours of the area. Staff support was offered 24 hours. It was fabulous to wake to a great breakfast in this lovely friendly hotel. Fully recommend.

Urfaya tekrar gelsem kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel. Bahçesi odanın otantik yapısı çok güzel. Bir konakta kalmak isterseniz tercih edebilirsiniz. Temizlik açısından da içimize sindi. Kasr-ı Hayat ister tek başınıza ister aileniz ve arkadaşlarınız ile gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabileceğiniz çok keyifli bir yer. Hem odaların konforlu olması hem tüm çalışanların güler yüzlü olmaları, otelin konumu itibari ile çok merkezi olması gayet güzel. Şanlıurfa ya giderseniz tavsiye ederim.

Position excellente pour visiter les sites historiques. L'hôtel en soi est également une architecture historique. Dommage que l'entretien technique laisse à désirer (i.e. quasiment pas de lumière dans la chambre, air conditionné défaillant).

Samimi ve iyi insanlar

İşletme sahipleri ve çalışanlar çok nazik ve tatlı insanlardı. Konak genel olarak güzel dizayn edilmiş. Biz cumartesi oradaydık ve akşam sıra gecesi olduğunu söylediler. Bizim başka programımız olduğu için çıktık ama döndükten sonra davet ettiler. Eğlenceye katıldık ve bize ikramda bulundular. Dediğim gibi, çalışanlar çok nazik ve içten insanlar. Ben de aslen Şanlıurfa’lı olduğum için belki de hepsine kanım ısındı. Lakin bir kaç tane eleştiri yapmam da gerekiyor. Bir kere kaldığımız oda sabah uyandığımda oldukça nem yaptı. Sabah kalktığımda asılı elbiseler biraz ıslanmış gibiydi. Yine kaldığımız odanın yanında malzeme deposu gibi bir yer vardı, heralde çalışanlar sürekli orayı kullandığı için biraz ses geldi. Kaldığımız odanın üzeri kahvaltı yapılan alandı. Dolayısıyla gece olsun, sabah erken saatte olsun, biraz fazla ses geldi. Bunlar otelin geneli için değil, kaldığımız oda için yapılan eleştiriler. Oda genel olarak rahatsız etmeyecek düzeyde temizdi lakin daha tertipli olmasını ve kullanılan malzemelerin daha kaliteli olmasını tavsiye ederim. Konum olarak zaten çok iyi bir yerde. Şanlıurfa zaten muhakkak görülmesi gereken bir yer.

Mükemmel konum, harika personel

Otelin konumu çok iyi, balıklıgöl, çarşı ve bir çok restaurant a yürüme mesafesinde , çok yakında ücretli otopark mevcut. Otel eski bir konak, odalarda ve avluda eski Urfa yaşamını hissedebilirsiniz, Cem Bey ve ekibi sizi rahat ettirmek için ne gerekiyorsa yapıyor, buradan memnuniyetsiz ayrılamazsınız ))))

Merhaba, Otel turistik olarak mistik havayı en iyi şekilde yansıtan bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Konum olarak müthiş, park alanı olarak ücretli parklar makul ücretlerle mevcut. O bölgede zaten ücretsiz park beklentisine girmemeniz gerekmektedir. Hizmet ve rehberlik olarak hakkını verecek yorumu bulmakta zorlanıyorum. Tek kelimeyle mükemmel. Kalacağınız süreye ve görmek istediğiniz yere göre tek tek rota planını yaptı Cem Bey. Aklınıza gelecek her konuda yardımcı olacaktır. Biz sevdik…

Yaşar Bey ve Cem Bey oldukça ilgili ve misafirperverlerdi.Rahat etmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Kaldığımız oda 3 kişilikti.Yatak ve yastıklar konforluydu. Oda temizdi.Havlular,terlikler ve banyo malzemeleri tamdı. 550 yıllık bir yapıda kalmak o dokuyu hissetmek keyifliydi. Kahvaltı standarttı ,geliştirilebilir. Otel eski Urfa nın ara sokaklarında olduğu için araç giremiyor ancak çok yakında ücretli park yeri mevcut.Oradan Otele rahatlıkla yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz.

Tek kelimeyse anlatılmak istenirse “mükemmel” bir yer. Kesinlikle pişman olmazsınız. Odalar oldukça temiz ve düzenli. Ama hepsinin dışında Cem bey çok iyi birisi. İnanılmaz nazik ve yardımsever. Gezebileceğiniz tüm noktalar ve aklınızdaki tüm sorular için birebir ilgilenip direkt yardımcı oluyor. Urfa’ya geliyorsanız kalmanız gereken yer mutlaka burası olmalı.
