Holiday Apartment 'Hella Wahnsinn' with Shared Pool, Balcony and Wi-Fi

We offer you our lovingly furnished apartment in the holiday area of beautiful St. Englmar.



We discovered the holiday region of St. Englmar last year and now enjoy the wonderful surroundings almost every weekend for hiking, skiing or simply relaxing in the wellness area.



The apartment is 33 sqm in size and designed as a studio with a separate bathroom. In the hallway there is a large wardrobe. The apartment features a double bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed, which can accommodate another adult or two small children. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee machine and filters, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. A dining table with four chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with seating for four people are also part of the amenities. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. Parking along the street is available depending on availability.



For your stay, we provide one towel and one bath towel per person. The beds are freshly made upon your arrival.



You can use the indoor pool with separate children's pool, an outdoor pool in summer, and saunas free of charge with the chip card. These facilities are located in the same building as the apartment. For children, there is a playground, table tennis, mini-golf and more.



Nearby you will find an indoor playground, pony riding, a summer toboggan run, an amusement park, a treetop path and much more (all available for an extra fee).



Dogs are only allowed on request.



From 19 November 2025 to 20 December 2025, maintenance work will take place. The indoor pool and one sauna will be completely closed during this period.

Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt😌. Unser Hund 🐕 hat es auch total genossen, und war so schön und liebevoll ❤️eingerichtet. Alles war vollständig vorhanden – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!
