"the room on the penthouse floor had a beautiful view , but there were two closets , one was locked the other had a large vent that took away all the space to hang clothes , there were no dressers in the room so my clothes were left in the suitcase . also the bed was dropped on the floor on a platform , anyone with back pain or disabled as I am cant even sleep there "

"I loved my stay at Goodtime Hotel. The room was gorgeous, the bath products were luxe and the staff were very helpful. It was a smaller room, but that is easily recognizable by looking at pics and it was all that I needed (or I would've booked a larger room). I felt for Miami Beach on a Friday, the price was fair. I didn't have time to use the pool, but that area looked really nice. The library area is a nice touch. The property called me to let me know my room was ready early and they were happy to hold my bags while I was waiting. One thing to note is that the deposit will be equivalent to your night's stay, but I was refunded/hold was lifted the next day after checking out. That will depend on your bank - better to use a credit card than your bank card as I believe those holds are lifted sooner. Enjoyed my stay and would happily stay there again! "

"The area the hotel was in appeared to be a little unsafe . Homeless people on street. The hotel was close to the beach and other stores/restaurants. I would not feel safe walking around late unless with a large group. No parking in the area except on busy street. Plenty of Ubers in the area."

"Clean room. Handy having the contactless check in as we arrived late night. Having a keyless room is also a bonus for not having to carry an extra item. Great location for exploring. Only saw staff once but that was due to us being out and about exploring but had great contact from them via messages and they were prompt at replying. We were ground floor by the lift and others guests were not considerate of using their quite voices in the early hours. Swimming pool was a great extra, definitely needed after a hot day out. I would stay here again and recommend to others. "
