"We got a city view, which was fine. The room was clean but housekeeping never came to make up the room for two days. Finally, I called to complain about it. Instead of cleaning the room the hotel gave us a 200 dollar credit on the room stay. It was a little weird. We did get an apology and I love this hotel - I always stay here when I come to Miami - but I have never had this happen before. "

The property itself was lovely and away from the more hectic blocks on Ocean Drive. Jocelyn at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay. Would definitely come back!"
