"Great location—just a block from the beach and a few blocks from Ocean Drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel seems to still be under renovation. We had to switch rooms due to a broken AC, and the new room had multiple issues: dust, inconsistent AC, broken safe and mini fridge, no closet, and even nails on the floor. The bathroom looked unfinished as well. On our last day, we were also without power for about four hours. Overall, while the staff was great, the property does not feel ready for guests and needs significant cleaning and completion of renovations."
