Always a lovely time

This is our 3rd stay at Ntaletiani and we're already looking to book for next year. Quaint, comfy, clean, and close to the beach. Made a lot of wonderful memories, cant wait to visit again.

Cozy and comfortable place

We had really good stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and the area very quiet and peaceful. The communication and check-in was very smooth. The house provided absolutely everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend the place.

A beach house with everything you need

The house was very clean and well maintained. Equipped with everything you need on your holiday. Perfectly suited for a family with young kids. Lovely house and gorgeous outdoor area

Great spot will definitely stay again

Only dampener was Melbourne weather, but can’t help that, lots to see around area, trip to Waratah hills winery was highlight

Great incredible location next to beach Bore water but plenty of water was supplied Good for single, couple or family. Lovely private bbq table garden area. Access to beach at back property through vegetated dunes beautiful. Games and books on shelf. Would easily come back here. Easy and quick communication with owner

Property was lovely and had everything we needed. Proximity to beach was amazing, general store just down the for coffee and other essentials! Handy to Wilsons Prom and the surrounding area. Beris was an excellent host and very responsive to all of our queries. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, the perfect beach house.

Great house, lots of charm. Walking distance to everything. A path off the back yard you can take through beautiful bush to the beach. All spaces in the house are neat, and a generous size, a lovely yard with trees and a great deck with BBQ. We loved it. And Beris is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thanks Beris, we'll be back!

Comfortable little house

Everything was just perfect and well-considered even equipped with sunscreen and torch...It was a great experience for our little holidays around the Proms. Will come back if visit again.

A beautiful spot

This house is gem, it's simple but is equipped for daily needs (has the crockery for cooking, board games to keep you entertained, a nice decking with a BBQ). Love the cleanliness of the house. It is near to amenities the beach so location is great. However if you are a digital person, please note there is no wifi and the 4G reception is really bad as well. So please be prepared to spend your stay doing without internet.

House with Appeal

The house has a lot of appeal. The living/kitchen area is a good size. Unfortunately the oven didn't work at all. The bedrooms are a good size although the double bed mattress is well past it's used by date! We moved to the single beds to achieve a night's sleep. Also the bedroom doorknobs falling off made entering the bedrooms tricky. The shower and bathroom excellent. The front yard is a great space and the outdoor decking terrific for a relax.

Well located Beach House

Very well located - felt private even though only 300 metres to supermarket, cafe and main beach. A relaxed beach house with everything you need - lots of crockery, board games, cook books, magazines. Only a two hot plate electric stove top - but plenty to do a simple pasta plus there is the BBQ. Small but very nice outside deck area. Retro decor part of the appeal. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
