"We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!"

"This place is rely paradise. We found that having our own pool made a for a very pleasant stay. The beach is beautiful, but sometimes, you can only take so much sand and sun and having a pool with shade available was a game changer! The house looked just like the pictures and the entire team made the stay seamless… from booking, to check-in to assistance with transportation. They even have a downloadable guide with all the local info when you book! Thanks for a memorable stay!"

"We had an incredible stay at Sandy Point Villa. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with premium finishes, high-end appliances, and luxurious bathrooms throughout. The layout was perfect for our group, featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, one on each floor, which provided excellent privacy for multiple couples or families.The outdoor space is truly spectacular. The infinity pool overlooks the water, and you can walk directly from the backyard, past the pool, and onto the beach. The beaches around Sandy Point are absolutely beautiful and incredibly private, often feeling as though you have your own secluded island. During low tide, we were even able to walk toward Parrot Cay.The villa is at the mouth of the marina, allowing our fishing and snorkeling guides to pick us up directly from the villa, making excursions extremely convenient.Michael was an outstanding host and connected us with Sandy Point’s private chef, who was excellent and very reasonably priced. One of the highlights of our trip was having him prepare an amazing dinner using seafood he had caught earlier that day.For the quality of the home, privacy, amenities, and location, we felt the villa offered exceptional value especially compared to the parrot cay properties just a few hundred yards away. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sandy Point Villa."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back."

"We loved North & Middle Caicos and Empyrean Villas was perfect for our visit. The villa was very clean and had all we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfasts every morning. The A/C worked great. And the pool was nice to relax in after our beach days. The location is ideal for all of the great northern beaches and not a far drive to explore middle caicos either. Dina provided great info ahead of our trip and communication and check in were both super easy. We loved our stay and hope to return! Thank you!"
