「My son, dog and I stayed here for 6 nights. He went to snowboard camp each day while I worked in the cabin. Strong internet able to handle video calls. Bathroom recently updated, airy and decorated well. Big washer and dryer, lovely deck to sit on in the evenings with the outdoor lights. Nice yard (not fenced in). Quiet, small neighborhood. Lovely to walk around. "Even Better Ifs": Needs a recycle bin, ice trays and a curtain on the window in the loft.」

「It’s definitely a beautiful place, secluded , quiet, surrounded by nature. The host was welcoming and so easy to contact.It’s a 5. But the address is hard to find that’s the only downside… the GPS said arrived, have to keep driving, would need a bigger sign or lighted address at the gate. Would totally book here again. 」

「We had a wonderful and quick stay here after our boys snowboarding camp nearby. It was very comfortable, and we loved the back deck (view, hot tub and fire table)! 「We had a wonderful one week stay at The Alder Lodge. The home was welcoming, cozy and clean, beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Location was perfect as a base for us to explore the beautiful area, including Portland, Mt. Hood, Columbia River Gorge; we also took a longer drive to Cannon Beach/Haystack Rock, which we highly recommend. Sandy is a nice town with options for dining and groceries. We also...
