This two bedroom, two bathroom luxury condo on Sandusky Bay's waterfront is the perfect getaway for six! Fully upgraded amenities and a view of the beautiful bayfront await you. Handsomely appointed with a master suite featuring a memory foam mattress, flatscreen cable tv, 650 thread count sheets, his and hers vanity and high-output spa shower head. Guests will enjoy a spacious bathroom, flatscreen cable tv, and queen size beds with 400 thread count sheets in both the guest bedroom and on the sleeper sofa in the great room. Stainless steel appliances, custom ceiling fans and kitchen tile backsplash, hardwood and granite throughout give this space the high-end lakefront loft appeal you love! This unit is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, bath towels, beach towels, barware and more. Access two large grills near the pool to utilize the all-new BBQ equipment provided to you. Relax with full access to the pool and jacuzzi spa or hit your stride at the in-house fitness center. The Chesapeake Lofts is just steps away from downtown Sandusky restaurants, bars, nightlife and more. If you are a roller coaster fan, you are just minutes from Cedar Point's rides and attractions! On a rainy day, enjoy a selection of favorite board games right inside the condo. No pets allowed.

**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**
Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

Stay on the water

Such a great spot for a weekend getaway. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the place was super clean. Located right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. Felt safe and was easy to come and go as needed.

Loved everything about the condo. Very clean with an amazing view of the bay and Cedar Point. It's so close to fun restaurant's and bars that you can walk to. I'll return.

A Family Favorite

Another summer stay at our favorite condo at the Chesapeake Lofts. We have stayed at this condo the past few years and continue to return each summer for our big family reunion. The condo is alway clean and fresh, stocked with essential items and makes for a cozy stay away from home. The owners are friendly and are great with communication from the moment of booking to check in, check out and everything in between. Already looking forward to next summer!

Great spot

Everything about our stay was great. Location was perfect. Easy to get to, easy to walk places to eat or a short drive to other area. Unit was exactly as shown in pictures, very clean and great view of the water. They definitely go above and beyond. Beds were comfortable. David sent us great recommendations as well for while we were in the area.

This was our third year staying in this condo while visiting Sandusky for our family reunion and once again it did not disappoint. Communication with the owners was great! In a world where a family of 5 cant get a hotel room...you can get so much more than 2 hotel rooms...awesome condo, beautiful space, great rentors and awesome view...we went by the Macks recommendations where to eat, fish and beach...all were awesome!

Perfect family place!

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit bc it is so nice! The condo is exactly as shown in photos, nicely designed, very clean and comfortable. The owners are very responsive, supply lots of info on the area and make it easy to check in/ out. The location is great w elevator for older family and we enjoyed the view of Jackson Pier. There’s a lot going on to watch, car ferry from Pelee island, movie night, concerts, fun area.

This is just the cutest place. We’ve stayed twice, coming from NY, and both times left wanting to come back. It is super clean, very comfortable and in the perfect location to get to Cedar Point and the Islands. David is hospitable and responsive. Can’t go wrong.

Chesapeake Condo

Wonderful property! Wish we had more time there to enjoy. Beautiful condo. Very well furnished and decorated. All the little extras like face wipes and sunscreen make such as difference. The view of the Bay and Lake is beautiful. And we love the convenience to everything in downtown Sandusky. And the communications and information from the owners was exceptional!

High Quality Condo

We have stayed at a number of different condos at Chesapeake Lofts over the years and I can tell you without hesitation this one is the best. Everything works, unlike some of our past experiences - doors, screens, appliances, accessories. The condo is also tastefully decorated and spotless. David and Christine were great hosts, helpful and responsive. If we could give them more than five stars we would!

Excellent Condo with a Great View

This is a great property! The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Location is perfect for easy walking around downtown Sandusky and close to island hopper ferry boats too. David and Christine provided the best instructions making the check in and checkout process very easy to follow. David was always quick to respond to my emails also. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean and the beds were super comfortable - even the pullout couch. I cannot say enough about how great the host was, provided the best instructions, list of items included, and even local 'hot spots'. I will definitely seek this host out when we come back to Sandusky!!

Well Run Condo With Great View

Great stay and great area!

The condo was very nice and updated. Clean and had a lot of supplies. The host is very attentive and gets back with answers to questions quickly. The area has so many cool restaurants and bars that you can walk to along with shops and an ice store. A cute pier is across the way with live music and movies in the park some nights. Only negative I would say is that if anyone wanted to use the pull out couch it would be very bright in the morning. There are roller shades for privacy but doesn’t darken too much.

Beautiful Condo!

We had a great vacation! This condo was amazing. The couch and chairs are on the side of the room that allowed us to watch boats and freighters in Lake Erie. The owners were outstanding. The condo was super clean. They thought about all the little things that made our stay amazing. We love this condo complex because of the huge pool, hot tub, gym, ability to walk in downtown Sandusky, and closeness to a Cedar Point. Also this condo was fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans so it allowed us to cook all the food we love and save money. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Sandusky Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here in Sandusky! The property was amazing! Super clean and had a beautiful view of Lake Erie. We had 4 people staying in my group, and we were all very comfortable. The hosts were fantastic. David was very communicative. The food recommendations were great. We visited Maca and Wake Up and Waffle, - both places were within walking distance of the property and were delicious spots!We come up to Sandusky yearly, and this was truly the best spot we’ve stayed in all the years we’ve come. We will definitely be making this our first choice from now on.Thank you so much to the hosts David and Christine for hosting such a wonderful property!

Fabulous condo!

The condo itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is phenomenal with beautiful views of the water and a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. David and Christine are spectacular hosts who were very communicative throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a rental in Sandusky!

Perfection

This is the first time we ever booked a VRB0 and struck gold with this place. Exactly as described, exceptionally clean and the location is in perfect proximity to Cedar Point. The hosts were amazing with providing all necessary instructions and recommendation list. The decor was lovely, stocked with all essentials upon arrival and the beds were beyond comfortable. If we could rate this place higher than 10/10 we would . Perfect retreat and we will definitely book again if and when returning to the Cedar Point area.

Best location for the price

My friends came up for a few days. Most of us have never been in the area so it was nice to be able to walk around and check out the area. The best location to get to Cedar Point. We loved that we got to see it from the window
