Room was great, everything was good until the end when the staff starting becoming racist and making racist comments about the "Indians" buying a store down the street. I was really disappointed by that. Like it's 2026 and you run a hospitality business, c'mon!

Loves this hotel and its location. Great to be able to get to kelleys island ferry easily. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The decor is a little outdated and beds are not very comfortable. But the amenities and cleanliness makes up for it. Love the pool area and cottages to rent

Such a fun, sweet spot for my family of five! Pools were warm even though the weather was not! Cute, clean “beach”. Rooms were fine enough. Fantastic location and plenty on site to do!

Great hotel on Marblehead

What a cool place to stay for a couple or with a family. The hotel was nice with many activities within the resort. The beds were a little squeaky (could hear ours plus people above us) and could hear kids running in the hallway but didn’t bother us too much. All employees were friendly and accommodating when we asked to stay one more night & not move rooms the day before the 4th of July. I would definitely stay here again.
