This is a cute home with a great sunroom that has a fantastic view if the water. It had everything we needed for a short vacation. I would stay here again.

Amazing view

This was a great house for our family's trip to Kelley's Island. We especially enjoyed the view of the water and the gorgeous sunsets each night from the front yard. The large sunroom was an ideal place to enjoy our coffee in the morning, too.

Perfect little getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and the view was beautiful, perfect location for watching the sunset!! Our girls had fun playing the games that were at the house. The host was great to work with.

Great Experience

This property is exactly as advertised. Great location. Well kept. Attentive manager. We had a really nice experience enjoying the sunsets and sleeping in a comfortable space. We would stay here again.

Cute house, good location, great view

This is a very nice house. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.It's a little bit of a walk to downtown, but that's a good thing because there isn't a lot of rowdy foot traffic out front. I especially appreciated the garage to put our bikes in.

Great overall stay

No problem with the rental start to finish. Stayed two nights for a friends wedding. Great chairs in the garage, used those on the sliver of property that butted up to the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. John was a great host. The rental is exactly as described. Would definitely love to stay again.

Renret before us mixed up their dates and thought thet booked for Thursday & Friday but actually had booked for Wwdnesday & Thursday, so when the ckeaning lady showed up @ 4:15, they were still theee. The cleaning lady did a great job after they left and we got in @ 5:00. Other than that, everything was great!

Location, location, location

Fantastic location with a lakeside view. Able to walk easily into town. Very clean and comfortable with excellent communication from host. Outside/beach chairs are in the garage. The sunroom was freshly painted a light blue which was different from the picture and it really lightened up the room. You have to bring your own linens (sheets and fitted sheets) and paper towels, etc… but we found that previous guests had left a good stash so we didn’t have to use everything we brought. We didn’t know we had to take our garbage out to the transfer station until we got there but it was easy and the station is open most days, weekends, and holidays. Overall we would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

What a wonderful stay at this home on Kelleys Island. Location was perfect and the home had everything needed plus for a perfect vacation. The owner was great to work with! We will be back!

Perfect location, although it was hard to find it late at night when we arrived. The only downfall was needing to provide all of our own linens, towels, etc.

21st Birthday

We frequently visit Kelley’s. We were Married on Kelley’s 24 years ago. So when our son said he wanted to celebrate his 21st up there we were ecstatic. We didn’t need much. This house was perfect. Once we open windows you could hear the waves in every room, a view from bedrooms, living room, sunroom. We sat out front and watched the world pass by. Thank you John. Owners are great and respond well. We are hoping to get back up there for our 25 next year. Would recommend this house for quiet get away.
