The room was filthy and if we could have found anywhere else to stay we would have. They also charged a city fee to my credit card for $8.50 when I got there and said I had to pay it or I would forfeit my room.

I can tell the room was not cleaned before my stay... felt dusty, stains on the headboard, toilet was broken/kept filling with water, i would avoid this stay

This place should be condemned. Overly outdated. Pool, hot tub dirty. Dingy hallways, old elevators, curtains don’t close to block out light. Bathrooms VERY small. Shower lukewarm. Would never stay or recommend ever. Am I am usual pretty nice about reviews.

Before we even arrived, we were hung up on and when we did get through, we were told it was a $25 charge to check in early. It was 1:30 so we waited until after the car show. When we finally checked in, the couch in the room was covered in crumbs and debris. Called the front desk for house keeping, but the front desk guy came up, was rude and used a Dustbuster and swept the crumbs on the floor. He went to just flip the cushion, but that only revealed all of the stains. The curtains were shredded like in a haunted house. There was peeling paint and mold in the bathroom and shower. I thought the shower was cracked but realized it was just hairs. Yuck. The doors had stains, the chair looked like something I would throw out, the table had gunk on it, and the mirrors had spots. There were flies on the mirror and most the light bulbs were dead. Since it was late, we tried to sleep, but the air conditioner fan never stopped running, even though the compressor wouldn’t kick on. The sheets got moist, and we both woke up with bug bites. Fell asleep around 4 but was woken up by a fire alarm at 5. No one evacuated and there was never an all clear. We were charged $263 for this nightmare. Manager has not responded to me.

When we arrived the room was dusty on every surface. The phone in our room did not work. We stayed for 3 days and no one ever came to fix the phone. We never had maid service. And the best part was when the fire alarm went off at 6AM for a false alarm. When I got home we noticed that they charged us an extra service fee, we thought we were paid in full with Expedia

We checked in 4 hours late due to traveling and our room was not cleaned. We walked up with all of our luggage to a door wide open and dirty towels, bedding and linen. When going to the front desk to ask for a different room I had to ring the bell and phone for 10 mins before someone came to the front. He rudely said I’ll just give you a refund and I explained that there were no other hotels in the area with vacancy and asked to just have the room cleaned to stay as we had no choice with several children to drive around finding a new hotel. 30-35 mins later the room was cleaned but sheets were stained, and comforters were not changed out. Rude staff, dirty rooms, unprofessional. I would never stay here again

Before reservations were made we called to be sure everything worked. It was reported it did however upon check-in we find out it didn't work. Also I requested a wheelchair accessible shower room and found my room wasnt only not a wheelchair accessible shower room but thanks to a door stop in the floor it was barely accessible for my wheelchair. There was no housekeeping and charges for everything. We were required to turn in our dirty towels to receive clean ones and even then we also requested the sheets changed in my daughter room because of my granddaughter spilled pizza sauce on it and we were told we'll see what we can do then all they did was make the bed without changing the sheets. When my son went to turn our towels for clean ones he was asked why we needed new towels. All of these were done by the same guy on the daytime desk. The only very bright side was the extremely nice lady who ran the night shift she was also the only reason for the other bright spot in our stay which was they actually had a nice hot breakfast that her n her aunt cooked each day which was excellent. For me as a early riser as I went out for a smoke at 4am she allowed me to get coffee as they didn't have coffee full time availability. Also on the last night there once again at my 4am trek I come to find my lighter wasn't working and she went out and found me a lighter and again gave me fresh coffee. She truly was the only bright spot in our stay here.

Young man was very polite order man working there not so much room had smell curtains had rips hairs on bathroom floor middle of night older staff yelling for maintenance in halls. Dogs parking throughout night bed was so uncomfortable trash full outside just to name a few things

Our hotel room was very nasty there was blo*d on sheets, what i think is dirt maybe bugs on bed under the sheets, stains everywhere on bed, blo*d stains on bed, stains on towels, walls were nasty, strange white stuff on the chair, open broken outlets, bathroom was gross didn’t even look like it was cleaned.

On the surface, looks like a bad area, hotel hidden behind run down properties. Inside, had to ring a bell even though he was right behind the wall, should have heard me. Was charged extra fees that "Expedia never charged". Only had two towels, asked for more, he waited in hallway for the dirty ones - ok, fine, but then he ushered me I to the back laundry room and was basically asking me to walk in the back to put my towels in their bin by the machines!! There were hairs everywhere, in the shower, on the floor, on the couch. Stained, moldy shower curtain, curtain rod nearly falling off the wall. Cup rings on dresser, so WAS NOT CLEANED.
