「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of 3 couples plus one additional adult (mixed ages 23 to 86) and everyone enjoyed their stay. 「Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. 」

「We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.」

「House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. 」
