「The front desk staff was top shelf. Restaurant staff, not so much. The facility was undergoing renovations, which I understand is difficult to do while still accommodating guests. My issue is that I was not made aware of this until we arrived. I felt like I was the victim of a bait and switch con. Other than the staff, it was a horrible experience. 」
