サンディアマウンテンワイルダネスのアパート

「We're so over noisy hotels with questionable cleanliness and cheap, ill-prepared breakfasts, so we decided to try a vrbo property for our quick trip to attend a local event. We weren't disappointed. The amenities were as advertised. The guest house was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed two quiet nights of sleep. The property wasn't far from the interstate and was gated, giving us peace of mind. There is a restaurant close by that served a tasty breakfast at a...

「Was visiting my daughter at UNM. This place was perfect for me, and gave my daughter a chance to visit her dog. Very clean and amenities were great. 」

「Comfortable, great location, easy access, quiet. Mostly clean, one of only two bath towels was stained though. Kitchen clean and stocked for what we needed. Living room lamp didn’t work but able to temp move office lamp that did. a/c worked great. Overall was great place to stay.」

「Enjoyed the stay!」

「We stayed here for a few days on a work trip. It had everything we needed. The water pressure was good.」

「Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over...

「Clean quiet spot」

「If you're looking for a place to crash while attending the close-by balloon fiesta, this'll do nicely. The studio apartment has everything you need, including a good-sized, not-cramped bathroom and full-sized kitchen appliances and fridge. There are decent food options south along 4th Street and the area is remarkably quiet. The parking area is large, with plenty of room for full-sized pickups, for example. And it's set well back from the street.」

「We loved our stay! It was quiet and the night was beautifully dark. We loved how clean everything was! 」

「Taryn was friendly and generally responded in a timely way.My biggest beef was that the property was on the second floor. It was a walk-up with a flight of stairs.Normally, that wouldn't be a big deal at all.But when you're traveling for two weeks and have a LOT of luggage, it was a hassle.Worse, I'd recently had surgery. When the host didn't offer an alternative solution when I was checking out, I knocked on the door of a total stranger (downstairs). Fortunately, he kindly offered to carry my...

「It was clean and the host was very good at communication; however, it was in a very dangerous neighborhood and we did not feel safe. My husband had to leave a day before the three kids and I so we stayed somewhere else for our last night. There were numerous in-housed people on the streets, gunshots in the stop sign etc. In addition, there were not enough pillows for our family, and no laundry detergent. 」
