Robins Nest nestled on Nolin Lake! Boat parking onsite & close to the boat ramp!
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin is tucked into a quiet neighborhood. It was peaceful in the evening and has a nice firepit for evening fires. The cabin was comfortable for four adults with indoor and outdoor seating. The cabin is about a 40 minute drive to the visitors center at Mammoth Cave National Park. "
"Rustic and lovely.
Cell service is very spotty.
Not a problem if you stay at the lodge but it causes problems if you venture into one of the nearby towns for meals (their onsite restaurant is not very good.) or if you’re planning on hiking the back country."
"Our family (2 adults & 2 kids ages 8 and 10) had so much fun at Noble Pines! Kristen was so kind and responsive. She came by to let our kiddos feed the horses and chickens, which they just loved. The tent had everything we needed, plus some sweet extras like snacks and stuff for smores. (You are in a tent of course, so do bring drinking water.) The bed is really comfy and with the air conditioning and nice lighting, you can't be more comfortable while camping! The kids' beds are a fold out, and they were perfect for us. Everyone can fit without feeling cramped. It rained a couple of times during our stay, and we stayed nice and dry in the tent. It was such a peaceful, beautiful place to get away and enjoy the outdoors! Book the tent! Thanks for an amazing stay - kids are already asking when we can come back! "

"This was glamping at its best! Yes, of course the (very well-appointed) bathroom is outside of the property …otherwise it would be listed as a cabin.:-P And yes, it’s unfortunate the ferry is currently closed, but that’s hardly the property owners’ fault—we enjoyed a pleasant, scenic drive to the Mammoth Cave Visitor’s Center each morning. But for these small inconveniences, we were treated with visits from a chicken, dinners cooked over the fire (including complementary s'mores) and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We recommend this property to all potential glampers! "
"Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). "
