The space
The property is only 11 years of age, with its 3rd year to the holiday rental market.
The house is fully floor tiled and insulated with the added reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room, and master bedroom with ceiling fans throughout will keep the house comfortably cool during the heat of the day. The furnishings are very comfortable and the appliances are practically all new. In the master bedroom has a/c, there's a brand new king-size bed which is plush and 50inch smart tv.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size, which is also plush.
The 3rd bedroom is specified for children and adults alike with a triple bunk and trundle. The kids can enjoy the 42-inch smart tv, which has all the apps such as Netflix. The house is wired to the nbn, and we have set up g Assist for your entertainment.
The lounge room has the most comfortable lounge that fully reclines, there is board games and cards, or if you prefer, you can chrome-cast or watch Netflix and much more.
If you are a boating enthusiast, there is plenty of off-street parking with the local boat ramp 2 KS away.
Guest access
There is a BBQ on the back verandah with an outdoor setting to sit back. Enjoy the peaceful sunset over the golf course with a glass of your favourite in hand. Enjoy watching the local kangaroos grazing out back. Tee off on the 18th hole at your doorstep, its a par 5 to the golf club, tennis courts, lawn bowls, and Country club.
Take your children onto the course, keeping your distance and name your favourite kangaroos.
Wake up and say good morning skip while having your coffee, there is 3 different perculaters and a pod machine to choose from, and for the kids, a sodastream with complimentary refill.
NOTE, During peak periods, the property comes fully equipped. On your arrival, you will find tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. If you arrive too late, you can help yourself to some ramen noodles. The bathrooms are supplied with dove shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash pump pacs.
The laundry has all your needs, washing detergents, iron, first aid, hair dryer, and 2 types of sunscreen.
BABIES, We facilitate for toddlers supplying high chair, baby bath, cot / change table.
For safety, there are power point plugs.
Other things to note
There's an outside shower for those hot summer days to cool off after a round of golf or rinse off when you arrive from local Palm beach or Paradise Beach, which are both approximately 1k walk away.
My recommendation is to visit Hymans if its too crowded try chinamans beach.
For you puppy of leash beaches in Vincentia after 4pm. There are many beautiful beaches inside or outside the national park there is beautiful Green fields picnic area Murray's Beach, Caves Beach or Bherwerre Beach.
