"Overall pleased with our stay. Very well situated close to Zocalo, restaurants, bars and main sites walking distance. Everyone was very kind and welcoming always helpfull. The room was beautiful even though it was on the first floor, at first I thought there would be noise from the lobby and coffee shop.But not the case. Very private and quiet ambiance. Would definitely stay here again."

"I loved everything. I worked for Marriott for 12 years so I can appreciate small details. The owner has an amazing collection of unique antiques. I loved the decor. I’m guessing the owner knows good service because every staff member was so accommodating. I’m going to run out of space so I need to say Christina went above and beyond. She was so pleasant to talk to. My Spanish is rough and she told me how to navigate the city in English. She also went out of her way to get us tickets for the luchador march. The room was spotless the view from the roof was beautiful (you could see the volcano, the location was two blocks from all the tourist attractions, and the staff was top notch. The only thing I would comment on is the door locks. My wife and I laughed because it is an old school key to lock your door. We only stayed three nights and it took us to day two to figure out the lock. That said staff helped us without us seeking them. I don’t even know if the key was a bad thing we laughed everytime we tried. I loved this place we are heading to Mexico City and plan on returning here in a week. I never do reviews but thought I had to put my two cents in and especially give Christina the props she deserves. "
