"Wonderful location with good access to public transport. All staff we had were kind, precessional and attentive. We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved. Breakfast was delicious too."

"Excellent stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee machine facility was definitely a huge plus for me. Located close to the Milano Centrale. A very nice pizza restaurant was just around the corner (Da Ciccio & Paolo)."

"Flight landed in morning and luckily could get hotel room before lunch. The room view is very beautiful though on low floor, it’s opposite to the Milano Centrale Train Station and the big apple statue. Short walking distance to Centrale Train Station, and Metro entrance is just outside the hotel. Felt safe when staying here, reception staff are nice and fast response to my requests. Highly recommended to others for Milan visit."
