「Great place to stay with the family. When my daughter left her stuffed puppy behind they shipped it out for us with a Steele Hill Resorts stuffed animal to keep her puppy company on the journey back home.」

「No one was available at the desk from 9pm on. Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality.」

「As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

「We had a few issues at the beginning that the staff very kindly and expertly resolved. We will definitely come back here again- loved our stay. One warning for anyone who is booking this hotel at Expedia: there are 5-6 different locations of the same resort around town in Meredith and they differ quite a bit in terms of hotel amenities (which you will have access to when you check into any) and the age of the room. So make sure to go to the hotel site to confirm you are booking the room/location...
