The home is spacious and absolutely charming. It rests on the shore of picturesque Hermit Lake. Winter months ice fishing off the rear of the property, snowmobile trails nearby, skiing and snow tubing 30 minutes away to many mountains near by. In other words (please refer to last picture to see location of some of the ski resorts near us) Winter Wonderland. Summer months: The home offers Central Air conditioner, A sandy beach is just a two minute walk down a rustic road. Near Golfing areas (10 minutes away) Feel like taking a dip? Swim to the raft then dry off and work on your tan. This little treasure is located in Central New Hamphire which is absolutely beautiful! Ensuring peace and tranquility for some, for others, a restful conclusion to the end of a day filled with one or several of the many great adventures awaiting you in New Hampshire. If the afternoon with a good book sounds good to you, picture yourself nestled on the porch catching up on your reading while glancing out to the water between pages. For some great adventures we are really central to all that New Hamphire has to offer. Grab a canoe or a kayak and go explore the gorgeous and tranquil Lake Hermit where you can go fishing. Lake Hermit is described as one of the best lakes to fish. The rental includes 5 kayaks, a canoe and a standing paddle board🤗. At night the fire pit offers the opportunity for everyone to gather and share the wonderful adventures experienced during the day or catch up with yourselves listening to the crackling of the fire. Once out in the back yard you will never want to come inside, however, when you do, you will be in love with this home! Tasteful furnishings and a completely and generously stocked kitchen/living room/dining room. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen size bed and the loft offers two comfortable twin size beds. There is also a studio in the lower level with a full bath. The property is just wonderful! The property represents New Hamphire! The Home is near everything, however, it offers privacy and tranquility. The home is completely furnished. A standby generator automatically kicks in if there is a power loss. A new heating system assures you long hot showers and heat during the winter months. Central air conditioner. The house operates with monthly checked smoke directors and carbon monoxide detectors. Our prices are accommodating for you and your guests to enjoy this beautiful property and its prime location. You will not be disappointed. We are a couple who are committed to and take pride in our guest's satisfaction. We are located in Sanbornton, New Hampshire which is near many of the most prime winter and summer attractions and activities, along with other points of interest that Central New Hampshire can offer. This is a beautiful cabin that is very well equipped with what we needed. The views were beautiful. We loved using the SUP and kayaks, and swimming in the pond. The photos and descriptions were all accurate. I would not hesitate to return, we had a very relaxing getaway. And, it didn't hurt that the weather was beautiful.

Everything was great for this rental! Ample instructions and what was included with the rental on anything you can think of with the house, including check-in and check-out instructions. We loved the use of the kayaks and were out on the back deck all the time, enjoying the beautiful scenery. Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommned!

Great stay for skiers!

Easy 30 minute drive to Ragged Mountain. Driveway was plowed and sanded. Property was mountain country vibe, perfect for family to stay and enjoy skiing. Comfortable accommodations, with well equipped kitchen. Host Anna was very attentive. Will stay again if available!

Lovely Home with a Great Deck and Lake View

We had a fun time staying in this home and enjoyed visiting Weirs Beach, the towns on Lake Winnipesaukee, farm markets, and hiking the Gorge Flume. The host's restaurant recommendations were spot on!

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

Right from the start, Anna and Tony were extremely friendly and helpful from answering questions about booking and making us feel like their cabin was our second home. A beautiful lakeside cabin with gorgeous views and well taken care of. What a cozy place to relax and close enough to nearby places to explore in New Hampshire. Perfect Get a Away

We were so impressed with this home. Furnished nicely and the beds were really comfortable. I highly recommend this home to rent in either the winter or summer. The owners were very hands-on and the perfect hosts. You will NOT be disappointed with this rental just remember to bring towels as they do not provide them. Awesome place!!

Great Fishing! Nice restaurants! In a fun location with lots to do!

Wonderful house with all the stuff you could ever need for a fun lake vacation. My boys are all fishermen and they had a blast pulling in fish after fish. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to have AC, not a common feature in northern NH. We have already booked this house again for next summer!

Weekend retreat

The property is exactly what you see in the photos. Very clean and has a beautiful outdoor deck with a wonderful view. This is the first vrbo rental with no towels. That was a surprise. Misunderstanding with gaining entry, but finally worked out. I would recommend this property.

This place is a little slice of heaven. The owners were so responsive and accommodating. The cabin was gorgeous and clean! We made a snowman and did some sledding in the backyard and I even brought my own Christmas tree to decorate. I am going to be back again and again!!!! Best quarantine Christmas ever!!!! 🙏🏻

The property was good. However, I was very surprised to find out (2 days before our arrival and after we had left home) that bath towels weren't provided. This wasn't stated in the property listing. We had to find towels at the last minute.

I cried when I had to leave!

Booking again for next year. That tells you everything. This was my very first rental attempt. It was absolutely immaculate. Beautiful lake cabin, deceptively large and many well planned features (like blue tooth stereo speakers in the bathroom!). The deck was thoroughly peaceful and the overhang let us sit out and listen to the rain and peep frogs without getting wet. I could wake up to that lake view every day! My daughter LOVED the loft area and made good use of the kayaks. I’m a nature photographer so it was heaven for me. Begged the owners to sell this property to me but I couldn’t convince them (yet!). I pretty much cried when I had to leave this little piece of heaven. Quiet, but close to town. We drove to Vermont and up to Jackson NH on beautiful back roads. You WILL NOT go wrong booking this property.

Please was super clean, amazing porch ( and child proof!), great location and perfect size. Would definitely stay here again! The only down side was the canoes and water equipment aren’t on racks so they were covered in ants and dirt.
