The property is practically trashed, broken doors, furniture, the toilet was loose, the manager is awesome but the hotel looks like abandoned or vandalized definitely not coming back

I needed a last minute hotel for one night that was close to the airport so I booked a room here. Walked into the room and immediately walked out, gave back the keys and said no way in hell would I stay here. This place was disgusting. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. I don’t recommend staying here whatsoever. Don’t sacrifice price for quality.

Floors were duty, sheets where duty, bathroom had mold, microwave was burn inside, no toilet paper, no towels, when I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, they just said we don't have any.

Close down this place seriously!!!!

Please please do not stay at this place, it looks like an abandoned hotel that was vandalized and thrashed!!! The bathroom doors had a hole in the middle like it was punched, the a,c was pulled apart with all the wires hanging out, we couldn’t open the windows because they were broken and there was no screen on them, the walls were graffitied on, it smelled like death in there, my daughters bathroom had poop on the floor, had blood on the bed , her sink didn’t work no running water IT WAS BAD!!!

This place should not be operating. We arrived and got a room, immediately upon walking in we saw the dirty sheets…beyond dirty. Couldn’t tell if it was blood or mud on both beds. Sheets looked like they’ve never been changed. Went to reception and asked for another room and the attendant told us we could get our money back instead. Late at night, after a 3 hour drive I just wanted to rest. We go to the next room and it’s even worse… cannot begin to explain how filthy and unsanitary this place was.

The pictures do not look remotely the same. The pictures online are extremely old. The place needs updates with everything. There are no towels or toilet paper in the room. You have to request it at the front desk but they don't tell you. All linnens are stained and dirty. Tv doesnt work. Its loud with the residents they have living there. They have no respect for guests. You literally pay cheap and you get cheap. Spent the extra money for another place. This is not good at all.

Hello, We arrived at the Hotel Primavera. The service at the front desk was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. As we walked up to our room we felt unsafe, the concrete stairs were broke the hallway floor felt uneven and soft as if there is water damage, the place was dirty and damaged all over we hoped the actual room i side was clean as shown on the picture on Expedia but it is NOT the first room we were given was under construction. We walked back to the lobby to I form the front desk and showed her the picture, she gave us a different room that room was not under construction but it smelled so bad. It smelt musty and moldy. The light fixtures were not even installed (as shown in the video) and there were no light bulbs. The bathroom had no towels and wall paper was ripping off. The beds were dirty and there were bugs. And the pictures you have on Expedia of this hotel are false advertisement.

El hotel no está funcionando está clausurado es un fraude, y expedía no hace nada PÉSIMO SERVICIO de Expedía, nunca fueron para avisar que el hotel no está funcionando, me dejaron sin hotel, tuve que resolverlo yo y conseguir otro hotel, hasta este momento expedía no a resuelto nada y me dejaron a mi suerte voy a dar aviso a la PROFECO en Mexico.

Preferi perder el dinero ya que elegi una opcion no reembolsable. Ni si quiera me atrevi a pasar a la habitacion. Nos entregaron la llave y no bajamos del auto, solamente para regresarla por que sentiamos miedo siquiera de estar ahi. Nada vale poder dormir tranquilamente.

Refund

I check in at the hotel, but when I arrived to the room, I found it really dirty and in terrible conditions. I tell to the lady at the front desk about the situation. She offered me another room but, the rooms were in the same bad and dirty situation. I have pictures of the room as a proof. I asked to the lady at the front desk for a refund, but she said that Hotels.com needs to pay back the money. When I asked at the chat of the website of Hotels.com, the lady who was trying to helped me, she called to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel said that I didn´t complain at all and because of that they won´t refund. However it is not true. Then, I received a $50 dolars coupon from Hotels.com, which is no even half of what I paid ($243). I am asking for a 100% refund. The people who is working at Primera Hotel know the terrible conditions they offer to the customers, but they don´t care. I left the hotel because I didn´t feel safe and I didn´t feel confortable.

BEWARE DO NOT GO!!!!

Place is completely rundown in the room. There’s no blankets for the bed sheets on the bed were filthy. there’s no toilet paper there’s no towels the shower my key card kept getting desynchronized I go to reprogram it and some random guy reprograms it for me. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
