EXTERIOR: Apartment located on the first floor of a small residential complex recently realized. The house is accessed by a private internal staircase and exclusive use. Strong point, on the second level, the large panoramic terrace furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, with wall lighting for outdoor, table with chairs, water point and gazebo.
LOCATION: The beach and the historic center can be reached with a walk of just twenty minutes.
