You will find a practical and comfortable 3-room apartment with a total area of 60 square meters on the first floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, leading to a terrace. There is one double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, also offering access to the terrace. Additionally, there is another room with two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, which also has an exit to the terrace.

Amenities Included
The apartment features a kitchenette with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave. It also has a shower, bidet, and toilet. Heating is available through forced-air heating and a 50-liter boiler, but only from December 1st to March 31st, and not in all rooms. The terrace areas measure 12 and 15 square meters, with the latter being partially covered, and both are furnished with terrace furniture, offering a view of the countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.
