Villa con tutti i confort: tre terrazze attrezzate,ogni stanza il suo bagno,aria condizionata,doccia esterna calda,barbecue,una cucina interna con lavastoviglie e lavatrice e una cucina esterna,patio,parcheggio ombreggiato per due auto,cancello automatico con telecomando immersa nel verde (5000mt) alberi da frutta fichi pere mandorle prugne.Situata a pochi km dal mare cristallino di TORRE GUACETO riserva naturale.

Edificio principale della villa composto da due camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno con doccia l'altro con vasca/doccia,cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice.Soggiorno con tv,divano e aria condizionata nei 3 ambienti.Zanzariere a tutte le finestre.
Possibilita' di prenotare anche le due depandance autonome della villa: camera con un letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia.
Cucina esterna e barbecue in muratura.

Gli ospiti avranno l’uso della villa con uso esclusivo delle zone prenotate.

Imparerete a mangiare mandorle fresche colte dall’albero e aperte con una pietra....i fichi appena colti!
