"Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm. "

Manque des ustensiles de cuisine pas de casserole pas de fourchette aucun produits menager liqude vaisselle savon....juste le stricte minimum. L'hôte est tres accueillante. Si on ne contacte pas la propriétaire pour savoir ou se trouve la maison il est pas possible de la trouver. Il faudrait mettre le non de la maison a l'entrée de garage."

"Gracias a Rebeca y al todas las chicas que trabajan en el hotel. Son excelentes y te hacen sentir a gusto. La propiedad está en el corazón del casco histórico. Puedes caminar y hay muchos lugares para comer alrededor. Very close to the cathedral and many eating places. If you are arriving in a taxi from outside the city, let them Know that they can take you to the front of the hotel. Some maps tell you have to walk but taxis are allow to go in. The girls at the front desk are excellent and will help you with anything you need. I was bothering all the time because I went with a baby and was storing milk and yogurt in their fridge and they were always happy to get for us. Enjoy Santiago. "
