"The staff was absolutely great, accommodating us and helping us out. We arrived very early, and they did their best to get us into a room ASAP instead of making us wait all day. The room was very nice, and the restaurant's superb food was some of the best around."

"The location is fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were large but definitely could use a refresh. The beds were comfy which I appreciate. The rooftop bar/restaurant has amazing views and we enjoyed a drink as we took in the view."

"Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. "
