「There were no luggage racks for our suitcases, so they had to be put on the floor. The “pull our and up” couch does not work. We tried several times, but did want to bend the metal so just slept on the couch. 」

We even went to the property to ring the doorbell since there was a ring camera hoping they would get notified that someone was at the property.
