"Cleaner and better maintained than I had expected from a downtown hotel. Nice friendly staff. Stayed 2 days, once on the way out to CA, again on the way back. Smooth, easy check-in with Expedia reservations."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not helpful when we tried to check in early even though the hotel was not full, we arrived at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm without a car. The nearest mall with restaurants is close to 2 miles away which required us to take an uber to shuttle back and forth for lunch and dinner. The biggest disappointment were the breakfast and the breakfast area. There was no fresh fruit, only packaged cereal and yoghurt. For the cereal there were no bowls offered, it had to be eaten out of coffee cup. And there was only 1 chair to use in the breakfast room, so everyone had to stand while eating. I expected more from "breakfast included"."
