「This place is in a great location with nice, clean rooms. Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, we stayed there one night. The TV would not work and staff said they had a cable crew out earlier who said they fixed a problem, but it obviously wasn’t fixed. The phone also would not work. The next day we woke up and there was no hot water for the entire morning until checkout. They said their hot water heater went out and a plumber was on the way. So, we hope these issues are resolved and...

「Unfortunately, we were put into a room on the other side of the pool and game room this time, due to some electrical issue, we were told. Also, we showered with basically cold water and had no idea what that was due to...The motel could use another option for food after the Cow Tipper closes but all in all, it's a lovely property - just a bad timing thing that happened that effected us in particular.」

「We really liked our room, we were in the 3rd bldg, 1st floor with a patio and (partial) view of the ocean. The property was small enough and enough parking for everyone. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, staff was cheerful. Best parts were wine tasting next door (Katie(?) our hostess was a delight) and inn was just across the street from the Moonstone beach boardwalk. Only problem really was the overhead fan in our room which seemed to intermittently make a ticking noise when on....

「Lovely large suite with separate seating & dining area. Lovely firepit & seating area outside. Free cocktails & nibbles to welcome us. Extremely friendly & welcoming guy on reception. Lovely dated house with lots of history. Situated in a beautiful quaint town.」

「Loved the fire pit. Didn’t have time to use pool or hot tub but looked inviting. Room was spacious and comfortable though dated. Breakfast was very good- lots of choices well stocked and delicious. Staff was pleasant and helpful.」

「The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The building we stayed in was old. We live in an 120 year old home but this seemed much older. Our room, especially the bathroom, was small. Be aware the stairwell is steep and narrow which may not be an issue if you do not have to carry large or heavy bags to your room. 」
